Jacqueline Kennedy, also known as Jackie, whose husband, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated with a gun in the presence of her on November 22, 1963, and that changed her life completely. However, she had no time to grieve the death of her  beloved husband. Jackie noticed that it depends on her if his name would go down in history, and threw herself into the final mission.

President Kennedy’s wife, Jackie had been with him the nearest and she made him the legend president. What was “the final mission” of the First Lady who got married the future president at the age of twenty-four, moved to the White House at the age of thirty-one and became a widow at the age of thirty-four?

This is a highly-motivated film that remains in serious incident depicted from the First Lady’s standpoint. Natalie Portman, who won the Academy Award for Best Actress for “Black Swan” (10), duplicates “Jackie” completely. The director, Pablo Larraín is from Chile and in the worldwide attention, whose film “NO” was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, and this is his first English film. This film was also nominated for the 74th Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture ― Drama.
